Sreenath V.K. is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of multifaceted experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, contracts, compliance, and cross-border legal advisory and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law, a PG Diploma in IR & Personnel Management, and degrees in Law and Science. He has successfully led legal teams and strategies across India, the GCC, Europe, and South Asia, delivering impactful outcomes in high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters.
With a strong track record in managing over 200 complex litigations and implementing compliance frameworks across global operations, Sreenath brings deep sectoral expertise spanning IT, BFSI, telecom, aviation, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
His strengths lie in aligning legal functions with business objectives, optimizing contract lifecycles, and developing high-performing legal teams. His last stint was as a Assistant General Manager – Legal (Litigation) at Digitide Solutions (Quess Corp Group). In the past he has held key leadership roles at OnMobile Global Ltd., M V Kini Law Firm and Markos & Co.

Col. AVS Pawan Kumar is a veteran of the Indian Army with 25 years of service. He has vast experience in Supply chain, Logistics and Security domain. He has Headed Security and Loss prevention – South Region in India’s largest Retail Company for over three years. He has vast experience in heading Operational logistics, HRM, Discipline and Vigilance, Administration, Investigations, L&D, M&A and Internal Audit Compliances.
He is presently Heading General Administration of the company including Vendor Management, Security, Protocol and Management of Administrative Staff.
