Nitesh Shetty, a first generation entrepreneur, is the founder and Chairman of Satchmo Holdings Limited. Under his leadership, the company has scaled up in 8 years and successfully completed an initial public offering and raised series of Private Equity Capital. A former tennis player, he started his career at the age of 19, with a billboard business with interest in Infrastructure, Hotels, Shopping Malls & Diversified Investments. He is the founder and sets the Big Vision for the growth of the company.

Mr. S Ananthanarayanan was a Financial Adviser and Chief Accounts Officer in Western Railway, Mumbai, in the grade of Additional Secretary to the Government of India and has also served as a member of the Railway Claims Tribunal in the grade of Special Secretary to the Government of India.

He is a science graduate with Master’s Degree in Physics and has various other degrees and qualifications which include PG Diploma (Public Administration), PG Diploma in Software Technology (PGDST), PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law, Diploma in Cyber Laws, Bachelor of Law (LLB) and Certificate course on Arbitration.

He is currently on the panel of arbitrators of the Indian Council of Arbitration and the International Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, New Delhi and has also been a sole or joint arbitrator in fifteen matters and ‘adjudicator’ in two cases with Mumbai Rail Vikas Corporation.

He has won the national award for ‘Excellence in Science Communication’ by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India. He has also been an author for over 900 articles in print in different publications.

Mr. L S Vaidyanathan holds a degree of Bachelor of Science from Madras University. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Before joining the Company in the year 2005, Mr. L S Vaidyanathan was a practicing Chartered Accountant. Mr. L S Vaidyanathan has been associated with the real estate industry for the last 22 years in various capacities. Overall he has over 27 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and in the real estate industry. As a Director of the Company, Mr. L S Vaidyanathan is responsible for all strategic initiatives relating to business including business development, transaction strategy, resources mobilization and Taxation (Direct).

Dr. Krishna Kumar is a Mechanical Engineer who holds a Post-graduation and Ph.D. in Management, withan overall 39 years of varied, vast, hands-on, practical and pragmatic business experience. He has held Top Management, Director / Managing Director positions in various industries. He was involved in different business sectors such as Contracting and Construction Services, Manufacturing and trading services, Architecture, Design Engineering and Project Management Consultancy Services.

He had set up businesses in Singapore and UAE. He was involved in delivery of building services projects to Residential, Commercial, Hospitality, Industrial and Infrastructure sectors. He has managed and delivered successfully companies with growth and profitability.

Currently, he is running a self-owned business “Business Growth Consultancy Services”, to put to use his knowledge & skills to help companies grow bigger & better. He is also a qualified and certified Independent Director.

Ms. Gayathri MN is a qualified member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) with enriching 15 plus years of experience in Business Development, technology collaboration and Product promotions. She has earlier held leadership positions at ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, MetLife Insurance, Samasta Microfinance and Snowman Logistics Limited. She has also won “Dr D Veerendra Hegde Pattabhisheka” award for academic excellence and has secured 2nd rank in her Masters (MBA).

She holds a valid Director Identification Number (DIN) and has successfully qualified the Online Proficiency Test for Independent Directors conducted by IICA under the aegis of Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA).

She has also been associated on Board of M/s Switching Technologies Gunther Limited and M/s J F D India Private Limited.

He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, presently ICMAI.

He has nearly 32 years of post-qualification experience in various fields. He has worked as CFO and Executive Director for 11 years at Bangalore in a multi-national manufacturing construction Company and 3 years at a Service Industry Company.

He has also worked for Ernst & Young including 11 years in audit assignments in their Middle East and Bangalore Offices. During his tenure he has handled a wide range of clients of manufacturing, trading, Banking and Insurance sectors.

Before joining the Company in the year 2005, Mr. L S Vaidyanathan was a practicing Chartered Accountant. Mr. L S Vaidyanathan has been associated with the real estate industry for the last 22 years in various capacities. Overall he has over 27 years of experience in auditing, consulting, and in the real estate industry. As a Director of the Company, Mr. L S Vaidyanathan is responsible for all strategic initiatives relating to business including business development, transaction strategy, resources mobilization and Taxation (Direct).

Mr. Rajeev Khanna is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary having more than 30 years of professional experience. He has earlier worked in various industries including Manufacturing Industry, Hybrid Seeds and Infrastructure Space.

He has been associated as an integral member of Senior Management Team with responsibility to plan, direct, control and implementing the effective financial management of internal operations in order to support the business goals of the Companies. He has been associated with MNCs and big Corporates and Infrastructure giants since 2005 and has earlier worked with GMR, IL&FS and last stint with VA Tech Wabag in Chennai.

Mr. Khanna has led Finance and Accounts department and has been responsible for Taxation (Direct & Indirect) with additional responsibility of Banking and Treasury Activities. And shall also be appointed as Director in its subsidiaries.

Mr. Pradeep Narayan is a Mechanical Engineer, and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has about 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Retailing, Dealer & Channel Management, and Operations with additional exposure to Key Account Selling, Rural Marketing, and Business Development.

He heads the Business Operations here, and is responsible for driving the brand, devising sales strategies, and customer service.

Earlier, he has worked at MNCs like Essilor India, Tata Teleservices Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., to name a few.

Col. AVS Pawan Kumar is a veteran of the Indian Army with 25 years of service. He has vast experience in Supply chain, Logistics and Security domain. He has Headed Security and Loss prevention – South Region in India’s largest Retail Company for over three years. He has vast experience in heading Operational logistics, HRM, Discipline and Vigilance, Administration, Investigations, L&D, M&A and Internal Audit Compliances.

He is presently Heading General Administration of the company including Vendor Management, Security, Protocol and Management of Administrative Staff.
