Mr. LS Vaidyanathan is a Chartered Accountant (CA) and has more than 30 years of work experience in auditing and consulting.
As the Executive Director of the company, he is responsible for all strategic initiatives related to Business Development, Transactional Strategy, Growth Strategy of the residential business, evaluation of deals, and building the residential portfolio.
He is also the Managing Director of Northroof Ventures Private Limited and sits on the boards of various companies of the Group.
Mr. Pradeep Narayan is a Mechanical Engineer, and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has about 27 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Retailing, Dealer & Channel Management, and Operations with additional exposure to Key Account Selling, Rural Marketing, and Business Development.
He heads the Business Operations here, and is responsible for driving the brand, devising sales strategies, and customer service.
Earlier, he has worked at MNCs like Essilor India, Tata Teleservices Ltd., Bharti Airtel Ltd., Tata Motors Ltd., and Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd., to name a few.
He holds a Bachelor degree in Commerce and is a Fellow member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Fellow Member of Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, presently ICMAI.
He has nearly 32 years of post-qualification experience in various fields. He has worked as CFO and Executive Director for 11 years at Bangalore in a multi-national manufacturing construction Company and 3 years at a Service Industry Company.
He has also worked for Ernst & Young including 11 years in audit assignments in their Middle East and Bangalore Offices. During his tenure he has handled a wide range of clients of manufacturing, trading, Banking and Insurance sectors.
A post-graduate in Business Administration, and a Commerce graduate from Bangalore University, Ms. Sunitha George has experience of over 2 decades in the Telecom and ITES sector with a strong focus on Customer Service.
She heads CRM at Satchmo Holdings Limited and is responsible for handling all customer-related affairs for the company.
She has a vast experience in big companies like Tata Docomo, Spice BPO, Spice Telecom, Maxworth Homes Ltd., Real Value Appliances Ltd., and Blue Dart Express.
An Associate Member of ICSI (ACS) and DBF, Mr. Prasant Kumar comes with 15 years of rich experience in various service and manufacturing sectors in the field of Corporate Secretarial functions and Legal Compliances.
In the past, he has been associated with organisations like BgSE Financials, Firepro Systems, Sindhu Cargo, Chemizol Additives, among others.
Mr. K S Srinivasan, aged about 50 years, Country Head – Projects and Infrastructure with well-known Akshaya Patra Foundation. Worked in leadership position in BFL, Chirantara Foods, ABB, Schneider Electric and various Industries for 25+ years in various capacities & Executive positions handling different departments of Food & Supply chain. He has worked in various projects, NGO’s, Food & Technology in India.
An entrepreneur and Specialist with an experience nearing three decades in leading Large Projects, setting up Green field Projects in Build Operate and Transfer Model Global Sourcing, SBU (P&L) People Development, Supply Chain Operations & Strategy. An effective team leader and coach committed to engaging new avenues to empower teams to competently deliver results and supporting revenue generating goals.
He is qualified Mechanical Engineer with MBA from ICFAI
A Charted Accountant professional and a Commerce graduate from Mysore University.
Mr. Suresh Kumar has more than 3 decades of experience in Finance and Accounts and a strong hold in Taxation matters in particular.
He heads the Taxation in Satchmo Holdings Limited and is responsible for all tax related matters for the Company.
He previously associated with some of the Big companies like ASA& Associates LLP, Spraying Systems India Ltd, Jeevan Diesel & Electricals Ltd, Maini Group, Bosch – German Company, SAIL/VISL/HAL and Ratan S Mama & Co (RSM & Co).
He holds an MBA in Human Resources and is an Executive Alumni of IIM Visakhapatnam, having completed advanced programs in Strategic HR, Strategic Transformation & Leadership, and Strategic Human Resources Management. He is also certified in Strategic Human Resources Applied Analytics from IIM Rohtak, and holds additional qualifications in Industrial Psychology and ISO Quality Auditing.
He has over 25 years of post-qualification experience in diverse areas of Human Resources across India and the Middle East. He has held senior HR leadership positions, including 4.5 years as Head of HRD at Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation (APSSDC), and previously with international organizations such as Landmark Group and YR Global in Saudi Arabia.
During his tenure, he has led strategic HR initiatives across domains such as policy design, performance management, compensation restructuring, HR analytics, ERP system implementation, and end-to-end talent acquisition. He has been instrumental in establishing scalable HR systems, driving transformation agendas, and ensuring statutory, regulatory, and audit compliance across complex organizational structures.
Sreenath V.K. is a seasoned legal professional with over 25 years of multifaceted experience in corporate litigation, arbitration, contracts, compliance, and cross-border legal advisory and holds an LL.M. in Corporate Law, a PG Diploma in IR & Personnel Management, and degrees in Law and Science. He has successfully led legal teams and strategies across India, the GCC, Europe, and South Asia, delivering impactful outcomes in high-stakes disputes and regulatory matters.
With a strong track record in managing over 200 complex litigations and implementing compliance frameworks across global operations, Sreenath brings deep sectoral expertise spanning IT, BFSI, telecom, aviation, infrastructure, and manufacturing.
His strengths lie in aligning legal functions with business objectives, optimizing contract lifecycles, and developing high-performing legal teams. His last stint was as a Assistant General Manager – Legal (Litigation) at Digitide Solutions (Quess Corp Group). In the past he has held key leadership roles at OnMobile Global Ltd., M V Kini Law Firm and Markos & Co.

He has Headed Security and Loss prevention – South Region in India’s largest Retail Company for over three years. He has vast experience in heading Operational logistics, HRM, Discipline and Vigilance, Administration, Investigations, L&D, M&A and Internal Audit Compliances.
